What Is Grind

Grind isn’t a traditional office space, it’s the antidote to cubicles and isolation. It is a members-only shared workspace and co-working community dedicated to taking all of the frustrations of working the old way and pulverizing them to a dust so fine it actually oils the wheels of the machine. A space that caters to you.

Hello, Grindists. Come. Sit. Conquer.

Company History

Grind was launched in September 2011 as a members-only workspace designed for people who would rather work in a community than at a company. Conceived as “a 22nd century platform that helps talent collaborate in a new way: outside the system," it is the brainchild of Co: Collective, former real estate attorney Benjamin Dyett, sustainability expert Karina Warshaw, and Stuart Warshaw, a turnaround consultant. In its five years, Grind has grown up to become a flexible, shared workspace catering to freelancers, remote workers and teams of varying sizes.

Our Philosophy

We’re as flexible as you are. Feeling cornered in your corner office? Grind is a workspace, not a workroom. From the windows to the glass walls, we keep things open so you have space to breathe. We’re here to help you work friction free. “I can help you” and “I know people” are at the front desk for anything you may need, including introductions to other members in the space.
